A Parada das Bestas is a rural accommodation establishment that was originally an 18^th-century farmhouse in Pidre, Palas de Rei, located at the foot of the Way of St. James.

The history of our establishment begins in 1992, when we purchased a mansion in ruins with the objective of undertaking and beginning a life together in a matchless rural setting. After a period of breeding horses, which we used to organise horse-riding routes in the surroundings (giving rise to the name of our establishment), in 1997 we opened the main building featuring a restored house for the public.

After years of learning and hard work, with several refurbishments and extensions, we are proud to receive you in the rural accommodation establishment that has become our home: Welcome!
